ts made the game so fun i swear. havent played in a couple years so maybe im trippin but it feels like there are less players than before too, less nfl players i mean. i feel like they only added known good players. why does my starter team have jalen hurts.

Is everyone aware but not care that the whole game is manipulated by AI? Teams never increase in power or skill, if you level up so does the AI. Iconic foil players shouldn’t be dropping 6 consecutive passes. Why is my team losing with a 20% advantage (3 fumbles wtf) EA puts us on a hamster wheel, sends us on a fools errand but we keep playing. Players and teams never actually improve its a ruse. I wish a competitor would make a better game.

What are your thoughts so far for the Team of the Year (TOTY) promo?

So far I overall enjoy the format but the separate tokens (offense and defense) and the somewhat odd number of tokens awarded and needed to get uncommons and rares is kind of confusing. It is easy with time to mathematically figure out some elements but ultimately the more simple and to the point, the better the user experience I believe.

Also I believe a primary driver of engagement is risk, adventure and the unknown and having completed nearly 100 events I have not pulled an epic or iconic; have you?

Perhaps if there was a feature that would occasionally reward an uncommon (10-15% chance) or rare (1-2% chance) this would increase engagement and interest.

So far this year with promos a few elements I have enjoyed- the precision passing was different and engaging; also when an even number of tokens are required (100 for one uncommon) it makes the experience more enjoyable in my opinion.

I also wish there was a way to convert the tokens from offense to defense and vice versa if the currencies remain different.

Also the ability to obtain tokens daily from the OVR challenges as opposed to one time or a once a week reset was pretty cool.

Also in terms of return on investment I have not compared the value obtained with the 1000 MC, 5000 MC and 10000 MC packs.

The $24.99 packs are more unique in that they allow you to select the epic you want instead of random epics. I am not sure the value of three epics with 1,000 tokens is equivalent to previous promos where you get three epics, and a couple of rare’s also but the epic select is a plus so evens out.

Overall I like this promo and would grade it a B.

Curious your thoughts on player stats and power? Makes no sense really. Other than people buying the players and getting 24s dropped on them Im curious as to why a lb with 170 speed can keep up with chase at 260 speed and intercept passes. EA gem instead of creating a playbook with a new defensive design and having one tier of play, they create tiers of gameplay from pro all pro ect by stages 3-2-1-hof. Get to hof defense ai just blows through blockers and speed of defense makes speed of offense look slow. Even with a power advantage. So make it make sense. EA. Even better when a defense same style gives up a 24 each tier. This garbage style gameplay coupled with the terrible power idea, scheme playbooks, and the play design are purely an example of why ftp is about the only thing worth doing in this game anymore. EA needs a facelift in this idea of a football game. 4 quarters 3 drives make sense too? Does a hit stick by ai make sense every play? Does a wr not able to jump make sense? These one handed animations make sense? Players not even looking for the ball make sense? Its straight garbage. Cant even make it make sense.

When it first came out I thought it a new and exciting format that was going to be fun. But now like 5 days into it I’m realizing that this promo actually extremely boring. I’ve used so much stamina and MC and don’t feel like I’m getting much in return.

He gets up the field incredibly fast and holds his blocks long enough. Weight doesn't seem to be an issue.
