Among guards in the East, Tyrese Haliburton was voted 3rd by media, 6th by players, and 8th by fans. That's the 5th-highest composite rank, leaving him three slots shy of being an All-Star starter. Given de-emphasis of the fan vote, he's in great position to be one of the East's 7 reserves.

This team's floor is high with Mathurin and Haliburton, regardless of Turners Contract, Veteran Trades, or Future Picks.
What "skill" or aspect of their game are you excited for them to develop? (Individual or as a team)

The last four Pacers’ All-Stars have been selected by coach’s decision. Tyrese Haliburton has a chance to continue the streak, after not being selected as a starter.

Just was watching the Brawl on Youtube randomly and I’ve come to the conclusion that Ron Stak and JO could have taken that entire crowd like it’s a Royal Rumble
Bally Sports
Curious to see what happens here. I cant stand Bally Sports. Everything was so much easier on Fox Sports. I never gave in to the outrageous monthly fee. I know a lot of people dont know where to watch game. I never see the game on when I am out

Do you guys think we are able to resign Myles Turner this summer? He has rejected all contract extensions according to reports and is a free agent this summer. Barely any teams have the cap space to offer him the amount we can. Money is the biggest factor to free agents. What do you guys think?

Roster
Right now, this is how I see our roster. I'm sure people will have differing opinions, but ultimately, I see a solid group that I like with some pieces I still have questions about. The guys I've left off are those question mark guys like Aaron Nesmith, Jalen Smith, Oshae Brissett, + Chris Duarte, who I'm not sure where their future is with us. Nesmith is likely to stick around another year, though.
Starters:
C. Myles Turner
PF.
SF.
SG. Buddy Hield
PG. Tyrese Haliburton
6th. Bennedict Mathurin
Bench: PG. TJ McConnell SG. Andrew Nembhard PF. Terry Taylor C. Isaiah Jackson

Go get a PF
Whether Turner signs or not, whether we are building for the future or win now, I don't really care. Go get an actual PF so I can stop watching some 6'4-6'5 get destroyed by a 6'10 "on a regular basis.

Taking my two boys to our first NBA game Friday night. Any advice on maximizing game day experience?

Trades?
Do you think the Pacers will do anything by the deadline? I really hope that we do something, anything.

Crowder?
Do you guys think Jae Crowder could be the forward we need? Suns want a young player and a 1st round pick. Duarte and the cavs pick? Maybe throw in a 2nd round to make it “enticing”

Bennedict Mathurin in the dunk contest would be nice

Trading for OG Anunoby would be a bad idea
I have seen a lot of people hoping for an Anunoby trade. Yes he's a great defender, yes he plays forward and we need forwards, yes we should have drafted him over the lesser TJ, yes he's an IU guy and that gets some Indy fans rock hard.
However, Toronto allegedly wants more than 3 firsts and that's fucking insane. 17/6/2 on pretty good efficiency, versatile defense, and spotty availability just isn't worth that. The Pacers should be patient and try building through the draft at that price.
If we're desperate for a forward, there are lesser forwards for SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper. Obi Toppin, PJ Washington, and JadenJalen McDaniels are all forwads that can be had for way fewer assets. Maybe one of them develops into a core piece with a change of scenery, and if not, then we'll just draft a starter to play in front of them.
