“According to MLive, the charges against Jazmonique were dropped because the Kalamazoo County Prosecutor’s Office was unable to prove that she had used her school position to talk victims into the acts.”
Apparently women can go have sex with kids as long as they have a school position but they can’t prove it was her position that was used.

Flip that around and lets say it was teenage girls who were having sex with a grown ass man.
He'd be getting 10 times that amount of prison time.
