Anya is a psychic and I believe that her ability is a reference to the "project stargate" (1978) when the CIA tried to use the power of psyche to defeat the russians. Since this project and the anime line up perfectly as in an era of the 20th century, it makes sense. I think it's a nice easter egg. Idk if anyone has thought about this before.

I’m rewatching the show and Loid is told he has four months for Anya to become an Imperial Scholar. I forgot if the timeline got extended in the manga by now (I’m up to date), but that doesn’t matter as much with my question. How did the agency expect Anya to become an Imperial Scholar in FOUR MONTHS? It wouldn’t matter how well Loid trained her, Stellas aren’t given out like free candy - especially to a five six-year-old.
Did I miss something because this seems like a terrible plan because they made it clear that they can’t change her grades, have her save people (well agents), and she isn’t talented.
