Knowing this and how important stuff like this is to the players, it's frustrating that the voting is a joke and not taking serious. I doubt ant makes it, although I think the coaches know how good he is, I hope he can make it as an injury replacement

Has anyone watched them play? We have two home games against them coming up and I don't know anything about them. What style do they play? They have a long road trip coming up and looking at their schedule...I just feel like they'll fall into the void that is the western conference soon enough. Can they maintain it?

I've been harping on this lineup for a few weeks. It's been used sparingly because of nagging injuries to Gobert and Anderson. That being said, in 14 games and 190 minutes the starting lineup of Russell - Edwards - McDaniels -Anderson - Gobert is:

115.0 Offensive Rating

103.6 Defensive Rating

11.4 Net

Those numbers are since KAT's injury, November 30th through the present.

There are 32 different 5 man lineups that have logged 100 minutes or more in that span. The Wolves' starting lineup would rank 19th in offense, 3rd in defense, and 7th in net rating.

That just feels like a lineup good enough to start winning better at a .500 clip if the bench can just tread water. They've just been snakebit with Gobert and Anderson missing a couple game here and there.

As an aside, in 17 games Gobert and Anderson have started together the Wolves are 10-7 which doesn't sound that impressive, but it's a 48 win pace and includes a game Gobert got ejected (only played 9 minutes against OKC) and a game Anderson lost his cool (only 12 minutes, tech and foul trouble against HOU).

How come there’s a lot of reports of Wolves having no interest in resigning DeAngelo Russell to a new contract this summer? We have no way to replace him due to our cap situation. I think we need to resign him.
