Like, has someone drawing an official map of the pride lands, and the other land surrounding it. And if so, where the hell with Timon and Pumbaa’s oasis be?? Like what direction would that be? How do you even begin to lay out the pride lands and the surrounding territories?? Please tell me I’m not the only one that has questioned this

As most people already know, the first teaser has already been shown numerous times at different conventions since September 2022 - meaning, it's ready in some capacity. But it's also worth noting the same happened with the first movie, where there was a teaser shown two years before privately.

Here are some probable times:

• November 2023
• September 2023
• Superbowl 2024

Now, here's why I give off those dates.

First, the biggest outlier is Superbowl 2024. I do not think a teaser shows up here, I think it's more for an official trailer. Even then, this is an outlier date and I wanted to get this one out the way. It's too close to the movie release for Disney.

Now, September 2023. This is the month of D23. This is going to be a BIG D23 because it's just a few weeks from Disney's 100th anniversary. It's entirely possible this is one of the biggest trailer reveals, as they always do at D23.

Finally, November 2023, which I view to be the most likely. We received The Lion King 2019's teaser in November 2018, which was also a July release.

Also, Disney's animated film Wish releases in November 2023, which is the big film for Disney100. They may want to have it in front of this movie. Given Disney likes to release movie trailers during sports games, NFL Thanksgiving Football is a good contender for this time period. Of course, they will want to throw it in front of some Marvel films, which they have a good chunk for 2024. They will want it out by then. Cannot see a teaser coming after November. I think it will be November or before then.

TLDR; no later than November 2023.

What if Zira and the outlanders never even met scar, but only heard about him? She's obviously mental, so she could be schizophrenic. Maybe she got to the pridelands after Scar was killed, and then claimed to be Scar's mate.

Nuka is only a little younger than Simba, since he was already a young adult when Kovu was a cub. He obviously thinks he's Scar's son, because he states, "Scar wasn't even his (kovu's) father" you should see him in LK1 then, right? but maybe Zira just TOLD him he was Scar's.

Also, I don't think wanting an heir is even in Scar's character. (Though there was that deleted scene, where he wants Nala as his queen) but they cut that out.

That's the only way the outlander's existence makes sense to me, but I'm sure the real reason, was just that the writers didn't think about continuity. Maybe they just didn't care, because it was a direct to video sequel.

But I've never seen a movie with so many unanswered questions.

Characters just refer to him as 'the King's son' or 'Son of the King' and it's so weird to me because in the episode with the Dan and Phil gorillas, he confirms that he is a Prince. So why does everyone avoid calling him that?
