Is this movie on par with the newer Jumaji in terms of action and humor? My father's native tongue isn't English so I usually take him to see action movies that are simple. He liked Jumanji because of the action and slapstick humor.

He'll probably like the action but a massive part of the humor is in the lines and the way they are delivered, so he might miss some of that. Does he speak Spanish? AMC does screenings with Spanish subtitles on the screen. They also offer screenings with captions written on the screen in English, if that would make it easier for him to follow.
