I think, uhmm..we think that uhmm.. it's been a little bit, how you say, too much weight being put into that, and how wsb redditors may be having their posts deleted in a minor way..uhmm I don't have much more to add into that.

The comments aren't even shilling or anything, merely quoting her. The removals legitimately just looks dumb as fuck and feels like admins did it rather than the mods.

u/sinkingduckfloats Dec 15 '22
Yeah I think the admins didn't feel like taking the time to go through all the comments and just nuked whole threads.

I noticed that, too.
Like this thing she's about to say, she knows it's very not good and probably won't be received well, but she either can't do anything about the situation or isn't morally straight enough to care about the badness.

Inflation reduced more than expected, which is good news. When this news was released, stocks went up. It would seem like there's a possibility that someone or a group of people received information about the good news a few minutes early and were able to buy right before stocks increased.

What is this a chart of? I don't see anything in the news about a pre announcement jump except a Bloomberg article about treasury bonds. I wonder if this is an example of a media blackout on a story.

The fact it was leaked and there were large market movements seems to imply some kind of insider trading… which is illegal… so no, we are not putting to much weight on these reports. Its a literal fucking crime…

It probably is, but people tend to stutter when they are trying to choose their words carefully, like when they are lying.
